2002

Jonah Levey founds VietnamWorks together with Sean Macdonald. VietnamWorks is operated by Navigos Group.

2003

Navigos Search is established.

2005

Navigos Group acquires Ersnt & Young’s Executive Search business, merging it into Navigos Search Navigos Group and VietnamWorks begin large-scale salary research, resulting in the Vietnam Salary VietnamWorks wins the Red Herring – 100 Private Companies Asia 2005 Award. Survey series.

2007

Number of employees surpasses 200 people.

2009

VietnamWorks becomes the first online recruitment website in Vietnam to partner with Yahoo! to provide career advice on Yahoo! Answer.

2010

Navigos Group, Ltd sells its Payroll Outsourcing business and RPO business to focus on its HR business.

2011

VietnamWorks.com wins First Prize of “Best IT Solutions” by PC World magazine for 4 years running 2008 – 2011

2013

en-Japan invests in Navigos Group and it becomes a member of en-Japan group.

2014

Navigos Search and VietnamWorks start 2 ambitious projects: the largest job fair called “Boulevard to Success” and the first career reality show called “OVERTIME”. Navigos Group kickstart the JapanWorks project for Japanese-speaking candidates

2015

Navigos Search and VietnamWorks organize 2 job fairs: TECH EXPO 2015 for IT candidates and JapanWorks Job Fair for Japanese-speaking candidates.

2016

Continues to grow with number of employees surpassing 400 people.

2017

Navigos Group launches PRIMUS, the first career platform dedicated for the “Top 1” level candidates, who are looking for management jobs with minimum salary of $3,000

2019

Navigos Group announces new corporate identity: Introducing new corporate logo and official slogan: Unleash the Next.

2022

VietnamWorks announces new brand identity with new logo and slogan: Empower Growth.

2023

VietnamWorks - the 1st Recruitment Brand in Vietnam to win Gold Prize of PR Awards 2023
